
Arrests
•Lori A. Sardenga, 25, of 345 W. Easy St. in Destrehan, was arrested on May 5 and charged with cruelty to a juvenile.
•Shawn Stipe, 18, of 309 Killona Drive in Killona, was arrested on May 5 and charged with unauthorized use of a moveable over $1,000.
•Jesse M. Matherne, 26, of 157 Melonie Lane in Boutte, was arrested on May 5 and charged with D.W.I. and suspended driver’s license.
•Christopher E. Kennedy, 36, of 110 Airline Court in Montz, was arrested on April 30 and charged with forgery (9 cts.), theft of $300 to $499, and theft under $300.
•Juanita C. Savage, 44, of 13771 LA 631 Hwy. in Boutte, was arrested on May 4 and charged with aggravated battery.
•Aaron M. McClendon, 21, of 106 Vicor LeBouff Lane in Gray, was arrested on April 30 and charged with possession with intent SCH IV – Carisoprodol, violation of a CDS law and suspended driver’s license.
•Michael M. Simmons, 21, of 121 Lakewood Park 13 in Luling, was arrested on April 30 and charged with possession of SCH II – Cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
•Terry W. Johns, 48, of 501 Wilker Neal St. in River Ridge, was arrested on May 1 and charged with D.W.I., open container and reckless operation.
•Janice J. Washington, 45, of 323 River Ridge Drive in Boutte, was arrested on May 1 and charged with D.W.I.
Theft
•A 1996 Honda Dirt Bike, total value of $1,500, was stolen out of a vehicle at 634 St. Rose Ave. in St. Rose on May 6.
•A bicycle, total value of $120, was stolen from 103 Anna St. in Ama on May 5.
•Two blowers, total value of $890, were stolen from 10 Belle Helene Drive in Destrehan on May 5.
•An air compressor and two propane tanks, total value of $2,150, were stolen from 10090 River Road in St. Rose on May 4.
•A 42” flat-screen TV, a Wii gaming system and assorted Wii games, total value of $1,550, were stolen from 275 Schexnaydre Lane in Destrehan on May 3.
•An iPhone, total value of $299, was stolen from 419 Willowdale Blvd. in Luling on May 3.
•A bicycle, total value of $300, was stolen from 133 Ashton Road in Luling on May 3.
•An Xbox, GPS and U.S. currency were stolen from 200 Sunset Court in Hahnville on May 3.
•A distributor and distributor cap for a Chevy Silverado, total value of $350, were stolen out of a vehicle at 124 Crochet Lane in Des Allemands on April 30.
•A 9mm handgun, total value of $200, was stolen out of a vehicle at 106 Evangeline Drive in Destrehan on April 30.
•Assorted lawn equipment, household appliances, stereo equipment, computers, TVs and jewelry were stolen from 177 Lakewood Drive in Luling on April 30.
•A vehicle front headlight, a 17” flat screen monitor, a baby bag with assorted contents and baby formula were stolen from 54 Carriage Lane in Destrehan on May 1.
•A bicycle, total value of $450, was stolen from 17464 LA 632 in Des Allemands on May 1.
•A gold ring, total value of $300, was stolen from 249 Whitley Road in Des Allemands on May 1.
•An electrical breaker box and a 3-ton A/C unit, total value of $2,200, were stolen from 540 Evangeline Road in Montz on May 1.
•Approximately 100 CDs were stolen out of a vehicle at 122 Champagne Drive Lot 15 in Hahnville on May 1.
•Three hub caps, total value of $150, were stolen off of a vehicle at 500 East Club Drive in St. Rose on May 2.
•A bicycle, total value of $499, was stolen from 301 Barreca St. in Norco on April 29.
•A dual radio, total value of $55, was stolen from 110 Seven Oaks in Destrehan on April 29.
•An iPhone, valued at $250, was stolen from 12125 U.S. 90 in Luling on May 8.
