Arrests

•Robert C. Perry, 31, of 3900 Fairmount St. in New Orleans, was arrested on April 8 and charged with theft over $1,500.

•Randell J. Johnston, 30, of 3728 Lake Trail St. in Kenner, was arrested on April 7 and charged with two counts of burglary of a movable.

•Erica Doublet, 35, of 6208 W. Metairie Road in Metairie, was arrested on April 7 and charged with unauthorized entry and a St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office attachment.

•Claude A. Eledge, 55, of 2370 LaGrange Road in Titusville, was arrested on April 7 and charged with DWI and reckless operation.

•Cody M. Hogan, 32, of 120 Matthew Drive in Des Allemands, was arrested on April 9 and charged with DWI.

•Michael E. Perrilloux, 24, of 234 St. Louis St. in Raceland, was arrested on March 31 and charged with carnal knowledge of a juvenile.

•Terriyana R. Isom, 30, of 1831 Lee Drive in LaPlace, was arrested on March 31 and charged with identity theft over $1,000.

•Courtney S. Thomas, 40, of 9 Wagon Train Lane in St. Rose, was arrested on April 6 and charged with DWI, reckless operation, open container and possession and distribution of a pharmaceutical drug.

•Sidney Leon Guttuso Jr., 25, of 40128 Snell Grove Circle St. in Ponchatoula, was arrested on April 6 and charged with DWI, reckless operation and driving with a suspended driver’s license.

•Christy Lynn Breaux, 30, of 191 Maloney Drive in Des Allemands, was arrested on April 10 and charged with possession of phentermine-hydrochloride and improper turn signal.

•John B. Lumar Jr., 24, of 1832 Paul Maillard Road in Boutte, was arrested on April 10 and charged with possession with intent to sell synthetic cannabinoids, obstruction of justice and resisting an officer.

•Lawanna M. Breaux, 17, of 6014 St. Claude Ave. in New Orleans, was arrested on April 10 and charged with theft of goods $500-$1,500.

•Mia West, 35, of 10825 Curran Blvd. in New Orleans, was arrested on April 10 and charged with theft of goods $500-$1,500, driving with a suspended driver’s license and a false certificate.

•Tonya Breaux, 38, of 527 N. Rampart St. in New Orleans, was arrested on April 10 and charged with theft of goods $500-$1,500 and two counts of theft of goods less than $500.

•Robert R. Henson Jr., 40, of 26384 Wax Road in Denham Springs, was arrested on April 11 and charged with unauthorized use of an access card.

•Colby M. Tregle, 26, of 3858 W. U.S. Highway 90 in Des Allemands, was arrested on April 12 and charged with DWI and speeding.

•James C. Brown, 37, of 529 S. Kinler St. in Boutte, was arrested on April 11 and charged with DWI, improper control of vehicle and not having his license kept on self.

•Pamela W. Frederick, 43, of 5 Weinning Drive in Luling, was arrested on April 4 and charged with aggravated criminal damage to property and illegal discharge of a weapon.

•Aaron J. Brown, 31, of 135 Browns Lane in St. Rose, was arrested on April 4 and charged with sex offender notification – duty to report change of address.

•Albert J. Mauroner, 35, of 114 Cortez Lane in Des Allemands, was arrested on April 9 and charged with failure to notify of an address change.

•Todd M. Sigrist, 46, of 7628 W. Judge Perez Drive in Arabi, was arrested on April 9 and charged with theft of goods $500-$1,500.

•Joe Lamb, 32, homeless, was arrested on April 9 and charged with possession and distribution of a pharmaceutical drug, creation and operation of a clandestine lab, no seat belt, driver not licensed, battery on a police officer, resisting an officer, possession of a stolen auto, simple criminal damage, open container, possession of drug paraphernalia and as a fugitive from Santa Rosa, Calif.

•Robin M. Nelson, 36, homeless, was arrested on April 9 and charged with creating and operating a clandestine lab, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest, possession of a stolen auto and as a fugitive from Santa Rosa, Calif.

•Emmanuel Harris Jr., 42, of 210 Allie Lane in Luling, was arrested on April 7 and charged with attempted distribution of crack cocaine, theft under $500 and a St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office attachment.

Thefts

•A wooden table and four chairs were stolen from 50 Carriage Lane in Destrehan on March 31.

•A 1997 Peterbilt truck was stolen from 14285 US Highway 90 in Boutte on April 8.

•Assorted lawn equipment was stolen from 324 Oak St. in St. Rose on April 7.

•A mountain bike was stolen from 213 Ormond Oaks in Destrehan on April 7.

•A 2008 Ford was stolen from 67 Carriage Lane in Destrehan on March 6.

•Assorted crawfish were stolen from 122 Griffin Lane in Paradis on April 4.

•An iPad Mini was stolen from 200 Tiger Drive in Boutte on April 4.

•A wallet was stolen from 1 Wildcat Lane in Destrehan on April 4.

•Jewelry and assorted medication were stolen from 103 Sharon Ave. in Boutte on April 6.

•A washing machine, dryer and refrigerator were stolen from 122 Champagne Drive in Hahnville on April 11.

•A mountain bike was stolen from 813 Barber Road in Paradis on April 9.

•30 crawfish traps were stolen from 403 Bernard Ave. in Ama on April 9.
