Arrests

•John H. Nolting IV, 53, of 219 Monsanto Dr. in Luling was arrested on July 3 and charged with DWI and reckless operation.

•Peggy B. Battenberg, 54, of 919 Emily St. in Arabie was arrested on July 6 and charged with theft of goods over $500.

•Traci M. Powell, of 129 Dianne Dr. in St. Rose was arrested on July 7 and charged with aggravated battery.

•Michael R. Royer, 38, of 368 Rosedale Dr. in Destrehan was arrested on July 8 and charged with DWI.

•Devin C. Vicknair, 50, of 18 Holster Lane in St. Rose was arrested on July 9 and charged with spillway curfew violation, possession of crack cocaine, possession of carisopordol and possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Jeffery M. Badeaux, 46, of 136 Gordon St. in Destrehan was arrested on July 5 and charged with aggravated battery.

•Christopher Fairrow, 31, of 227 Eisenhower St. in St. Rose was arrested on July 3 and charged with simple battery and violation of a protective order.

•Arthur D. Washington, 20, of 900 Kinler St. in Luling was arrested on June 28 and charged with possession of ecstacy and resisting an officer with false identity and on two St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office attachments.

•Quenton L. Young, 32, of 912 Paul Frederick St. in Luling was arrested on July 3 and charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession with intent to distribute crack, possession with intent to distribute Alprazolam, possession of cocaine, possession of ecstacy and obstructing public passage.

•Lorraine D. Mays, 21, of 4124 Lac Couture in Harvey was arrested on July 7 and charged with unauthorized entry into an inhabited dwelling.

•Kevin Smith, 29, of 14295 LA 631 in Paradis was arrested on July 7 and charged with second degree battery.

•Drew J. Falgout, 29, of 151 Grande View Dr. #19 in Biloxi, Miss. was arrested on July 7 and charged with DWI, open container, illegal carrying of weapons, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Christopher S. Klingbeil, 32, of 118 Bernay Dr. in Slidell was arrested on July 10 and charged with obtaining Floricet by fraud, obtaining Methadone by fraud, obtaining Adderall by fraud and obtaining Roxicodone by fraud.

•John J. Cassisa, Jr. 38, of 405 Hickory Dr. in Slidell was arrested on July 10 and charged with obtaining Floricet by fraud, obtaining Methadone by fraud, obtaining Adderall by fraud, obtaining Roxicodone by fraud, possession of a firearm while in possession of a controlled substance, possession of Lorcet and possession of Fenegrin.

•Michael J. Couch, 25, of 11 Corral Lane in St. Rose was arrested on July 11 and charged with DWI and careless operation.

•Dylan J. Fazzio, 28, of 341 Oak Ave. in Bridge City was arrested on July 11 and charged with DWI and reckless operation.

•Trinidad Navarrette, 26, of 4408 Sulfur St. in Metairie was arrested on July 12 and charged with DWI, careless operation and no driver’s license.

•Ronnie A. Torregano, 50, of 218 East 13th St. in Edgard was arrested on July 12 and charged with DWI and reckless operation.

•Carmen Young, 18, of 428 Ellen St. in Ama was arrested on July 12 and charged with DWI, reckless operation, possession of drug paraphernalia and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

•Andrew F. Fehn, 50, of 612 Central Ave. Apt. 223 in Jefferson was arrested on July 11 and charged with DWI and as a fugitive of the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Theft

•Two bicycles, valued at $200, were stolen from 17834 River Rd. in Montz on July 2.

•A golf cart, valued at $3,000, was stolen from 10 Villere Place in Destrehan on July 2.

•A mini-chopper motorbike, valued at $500, was stolen from 127 Bayou Estates Dr. in Des Allemands on July 5.

•Two cell phones and an iPod touch, valued at $850, were stolen from 14902 River Rd. in Norco on July 2.

•A 2000 Toyota Corolla, valued at $3,000, was stolen from 302 River Oaks Dr. in Destrehan on July 5.

•Assorted tools, valued at $750, were stolen from 124 Oak Manor Lane in St. Rose on July 5.

•Four wheels and tires, valued at $2,000, were stolen from 181 Annex St. in New Sarpy on July 2.
•Assorted tools and two extension cords, valued at $1,930, were stolen from 1mile east of the West Guide Levee in Norco on July 2.

•A camera, a video camera and a laptop, valued at $3,100, were stolen from 120 Clement St. in New Sarpy on July 2.

•A lawn mower, valued at $400, was stolen from 41 Dunleith Dr. in Destrehan on July 6.

•A diamond tennis bracelet was stolen from 535 Mockingbird Lane in St. Rose on July 6.

•Assorted jewelry, assorted prescription medication, assorted U.S. currency, a knife, a pair of sunglasses and a portable DVD player with earphones were stolen from 50 Dunleith Dr. in Destrehan on July 6.

•A CD player, valued at $100, was stolen from 813 East Easy St. in New Sarpy on July 7.

•A 2004 Chevy Silverado was stolen from 13343 Boutte on July 9.

•A 2004 Kia Sorento was stolen from 516 Julia St. in Hahnville on July 8.

•A 1992 Toyota Camry was stolen from 10326 U.S. 61 in St. Rose on July 8.

•A CD/DVD player with touch screen, valued at $250, was stolen from 846 E. Harding in New Sarpy on July 8.

•Assorted jewelry was stolen from 126 Destrehan Dr. in Destrehan on July 8.

•A pair of bi-focal glasses, two packs of cigarettes, and assorted gardening equipment were stolen from 215 Mary St. in Norco on July 9.

•A pressure washer and a generator, valued at $950, were stolen from 748 Turtlecreek Lane in St. Rose on July 10.

•A leather duffel bag and assorted identification cards were stolen from a vehicle at 65 River Park Dr. in Hahnville on July 12.

•A cell phone, valued at $200, was stolen from 583 Evangeline Rd. in Montz on July 10.

•Assorted tools, valued at $1,150, were stolen from 107 Maple St. in Hahnville on July 10.

• A handgun, valued at $500, was stolen from 10058 U.S. 61 in St. Rose on July 10.

•A pair of binoculars, a vehicle’s owner’s manual, a camera, two memory cards for camera, and a USB cord, valued at $435, were stolen from a vehicle at 72 River Park Dr. in Hahnville on July 12.

•An MP3 player, assorted magazines and books, and a canvas bag, total value $243, were stolen from a vehicle at 24 Melrose Dr. in Destrehan on July 12.

•Scrap metal, valued at $100, was stolen from 4313 LA 306 in Des Allemands on July 12.

•A speaker and amplifier, total value $100, were stolen from 29 Melrose Dr. in Destrehan on July 12.

•Two vehicle GPS systems, a laptop computer, three flashlights, two knives and a camera, total value $1,320, were stolen from a vehicle at 90 River Park Dr. in Hahnville on July 12.

•A GPS, valued at $400, was stolen from a vehicle at 80 River Park Dr. in Hahnville on July 12.

•Three shirts and fishing supplies were stolen out of a vehicle at 84 River Park Dr. in Hahnville.

•A purse containing assorted identification cards, an AM/FM CD player, and an internet router were stolen out of a vehicle at 59 River Park Dr. in Hahnville.
