Arrests
•Brian P. Brady, 48, of 617 Pine St. in Norco was arrested on Sept. 1 and charged with DWI, speeding, failure to signal, and failure to change address within 10 days.
•Kenneth L. Williams Jr., 32, of 408 E. Club Dr. Apt. K in St. Rose was arrested on Sept. 1 and charged with DWI, reckless operation and suspended driver’s license.
•Kim T. Shaffett, 45, of 843 Goodhope St. in Norco was arrested on Sept. 1 and charged with DWI and careless operation.
•Percy Estay, 19, of 411 Estay Lane in Paradis was arrested on Sept. 2 and charged with seven counts of carnal knowledge of a juvenile.
•Brennan L. Dufrene, 27, of 12 Bergeron Lane in Paradis was arrested on Sept. 2 and charged with four counts of cruelty to animals, four counts of pitbull registration violation and four counts of no rabies inoculation.
•A juvenile, 16, of Harahan was arrested on Sept. 2 and charged with 11 counts of simple burglary, criminal trespass and illegal use of a weapon.
Theft
•Assorted tools, valued at $575, were stolen from 15717 River Rd. in Hahnville on Aug. 31.
•Assorted prescription medicine and assorted jewelry were stolen from 204 Dianne Place in St. Rose on Aug. 31.
• A home computer system, valued at $700, was stolen from 200 Boutte Estates in Boutte on Aug. 30.
