Arrests

•Gregory P. Billiot, 47, of Tupelo Street in Franklin was arrested on Sept. 6 and charged with DWI, improper lane use, suspended driver’s license and as a fugitive of the New Orleans Police Department.

•Kenneth L. Boyd, Jr., 33, of 434 Good Children St. in Boutte was arrested on Sept. 6 and charged with DWI, reckless operation, and hit and run.

•David J. Bornes, 53, of 290 East 5th St. in Edgard was arrested on Sept. 6 and charged with DWI, reckless operation, failure to dim bright lights and as a fugitive of St. John.

•Altis J. Lewis, Jr., 52, of 312 Luling Ave. in Luling was arrested on Sept. 5 and charged with DWI, reckless operation, and failure to change address in 10 days.

•Paul N. Davis III, 19, of 2000 Lakeshore Dr. in New Orleans was arrested on Sept. 5 and charged with DWI and reckless operation.

•Edward Barnes, 52, of 10467 LA 18 in Ama was arrested on Sept. 5 and charged with DWI, reckless operation, suspended driver’s license, as a fugitive of Kenner and of the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office.

•James R. Miller, 35, of 730 East Harding St. in New Sarpy was arrested on Sept. 2 and charged with distribution of crack cocaine.

•Bryce T. Wilson, 20, of 135 Peter Lane in St. Rose was arrested on Sept. 2 and charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of Oxycodone and possession of stolen property over $500.

•Kristen E. Moore, 27, of 3832 Johnson St. in Metairie was arrested on Sept. 6 and charged with attempting to acquire a controlled substance by fraud (Lortab).

•Nina M. Mitchell, 44, of 250 Schoolhouse Rd. in Killona was arrested on Sept. 5 and charged with failure to stop at a stop sign, turn signal required, reckless operation, warrant from district attorney for issuing worthless checks, possession of Tylenol with Codeine and failure of driver to carry registration.

•Devin C. Bonnette, 18, of 280 Rosedale Dr. in Destrehan was arrested on Sept. 8 and charged with second degree battery.

•Donald E. Mastin III, 44, of 15692 LA 18 in Hahnville was arrested on Sept. 4 and charged with forcible rape and as a fugitive of the Westwego Police Department.

•Dwayne A. Cook, 39, of 205 E. 21st St. in Reserve was arrested on Sept. 10 and charged with aggravated battery, simple battery and aggravated assault.

•John T. Rolfes, 28, of 3030 Congress Blvd. in Baton Rouge was arrested on Sept. 10 and charged with DWI, reckless operation and suspended driver’s license.

•Leon J. Marlow, 64, of 124 Dunleith Dr. in Destrehan was arrested on Sept. 10 and charged with aggravated battery.

•Darrin G. Eliasen, 39, of 124 Dunleith Dr. in Destrehan was arrested on Sept. 10 and charged with aggravated battery.

Theft

•Assorted tools and fishing equipment, valued at $390, were stolen from 12843 Highway 90 on Sept. 9.

•Patio furniture, valued at $250, was stolen from 110 James Dr. West in St. Rose on Sept. 9.

•A CD player, valued at $150, was stolen from 309 Mark Dr. in Des Allemands on Sept. 4.

•A digital camera and $20 in currency were stolen from 390 Magnolia Ridge in Boutte on Sept. 4.

•Two electric chipping hammers and a left rear vent window for a Chevy S-10, valued at $1,775, were stolen from a car located at 166 East Oakland Dr. in St. Rose on Sept. 4.

•Two revolvers, four rims, eight tires and a generator, valued at $3,400, were stolen from 361 Pioneer in Hahnville on Sept. 4.

•Two weedeaters, an edger, and a lawn mower, valued at $1,400, were stolen from 401 Pioneer St. in Hahnville on Sept. 4.

•An Apple iPod, valued at $200, was stolen from 434 South St. in Paradis on Sept. 4.

•A tailgate, valued at $300, was stolen from 116 Avery in Luling on Sept. 5.

•Two televisions, a DVD player and assorted clothes, valued at $1,200, were stolen from 405 Killona St. in Killona on Sept. 6.

•Assorted tools, valued at $1,430, were stolen from 256 Tregle Lane in Des Allemands on Sept. 6.
•An amplifier, valued at $300, was stolen from 755 Paul Maillard Rd. in Luling on Sept. 7.

•A purse containing assorted personal items was stolen out of a vehicle in front of 814 Evangeline Rd. in Luling on Sept. 12.

•Assorted tools, total value of $1,445, were stolen from 100 Annie Lane in Luling.
