Suspects are innocent until proved guilty in a court of law
Arrests
• Vernon Smith, 62, of 1469 North Rocheblave in New Orleans, was arrested Aug. 10 and charged with armed robbery (three counts).
• Marlon Fields, 50, of 226th 2nd Street in St. Rose, was arrested Aug. 10 and charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine, distribution/manufacturing of cocaine (three counts), illegal carrying of weapon in presence of CDS, possession with intent to distribute marijuana and possession or distribution of drug paraphernalia. He had an attachment.
• Jason Breaux, 22, of 220 Cypress Villa Lane in Gheens, was arrested Aug, 9 and charged with possession of steroids.
• Benjamin Neumire, 23, of 224 Riverwood Drive in St. Rose, was arrested Aug. 5 and charged with possession of Vyvanse, transactions involving proceeds from CDS activity, possession with intent to distribute cocaine, possession or distribution of drug paraphernalia (third offense, three counts), traffic violation. He had an attachment.
