Suspects are innocent until proved guilty in a court of law
Arrests
• Roland Briggs, 27, of Houma, was arrested July 22 and charged with DWI, illegal carrying of weapons, illegal use of weapons or dangerous instrumentalities and reckless operation without accident. He had an attachment (two counts).
• Kenneth Cooks, 32, of 1630 North Galvez Street in New Orleans, was arrested July 22 and charged with simple robbery, battery of a dating partner/strangulation – child endangerment and traffic violation.
• Jeremy Martin, 30, of 148 Hollywood Park Road in Montz, was arrested July 22 and charged with second degree battery and resisting an officer. He was a fugitive (two counts).
• Lashea Turley, 31, of 520 Revere Drive in LaPlace, was arrested July 23 and charged with unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling and simple battery (two counts).
• Kennaytta Jeandron, 25, of 122 Oak Lane in Luling, was arrested July 20 and charged with illegal possession of stolen firearm and traffic violation.
