Suspects are innocent until proved guilty in a court of law
Arrests
• Valentin Gomez, 49, of 460 Giacomo Street in Norco, was arrested July 17 and charged with sexual battery – forcible fondling (two counts) and resisting an officer.
• Quaneisha Lewis, 32, of 252 Amp Circle in Edgard, was arrested July 14 and charged with simple burglary – motor vehicle and simple criminal damage to property (two counts).
• Elgin Collins, 24, of 705 Madewood Drive in LaPlace, was arrested July 14 and charged with domestic abuse battery/child endangerment. He was a fugitive.
• Todd Celestine, 18, of 141 Kliner Road in Des Allemands, was arrested July 15 and charged with domestic abuse battery/child endangerment, simple criminal damage to property and possession of marijuana.
• Cody Scott, 33, of 271 Landmark Drive in Raceland, was arrested July 16 and charged with battery of a dating partner and child endangerment.
