Arrests
• William Savoie, 34, of 2351 Ormond Blvd. in Destrehan, was arrested and charged with simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling on April 13.
• Tommy George Jr., 31, of 1004 Paul Fredrick St. in Luling was arrested and charged with DWI and speeding while driving on 1-310SB on April 16.
• Gary J. Terrebone Jr., 45, of 118 Destrehan Dr. in Destrehan was arrested and charged with DWI, improper control of a vehicle, switched license plate, no liability insurance, and operating under suspension while traveling along Paul Maillard on April 16.
• John M. Andrews, 51, of 300 St. Rose Ave. in St. Rose was arrested and charged with DWI, reckless operation, hit and run and resisting arrest by flight on Johnson St. on April 16. Thefts
• Assorted makeup, audio earphones, U.S. currency and a bag were stolen out of a vehicle from 390 Magnolia Ridge Rd. in Boutte on April 13.
