Suspects are innocent until proved guilty in a court of law.

Arrests
• Diobolique Lumar Sr., 23, of 5446 Burgundy Street in New Orleans, was arrested and charged with aggravated battery and domestic abuse battery with child endangerment. He was a fugitive with an attachment.

• Jacee Fehrenbacher, 20, of 112 Peach Street in Hahnville, was arrested June 4 and charged with obstruction of justice – evidence tampering.
• Luther Oliver, 22, of 502 Karla Drive in Thibodaux, was arrested June 4 and charged with obstruction of justice – evidence tampering and possession of marijuana – second offense.

• Sheldon Thompson, 32, of 404 West Olive Street in Amite, was arrested June 4 and charged with obscenity.

• Floyd White Jr., 29, of 13468 Hwy. 90 in Boutte, was arrested June 5 and charged with unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling, simple criminal damage to property (two counts), resisting an officer, aggravated burglary, domestic abuse battery – child endangerment (two counts) and theft. He was a fugitive with an attachment (seven counts).

• Donald Sumlin, 51, of 200 Clement Street in New Sarpy, was arrested May 30 and charged with simple criminal damage to property, home invasion simple battery, simple battery and attempted simple arson.

• Gene Breaux Jr., 41, of 115 Ridge Road in Des Allemands, was arrested May 30 and charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

• Robert Roussell, 45, of 117 Teles Street in Bourg, was arrested May 29 and charged with illegal possession of stolen things, obstruction of justice and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Cherie Magee, 25, of 221358 Hwy. 21 in Bogalusa, was arrested May 28 and charged with illegal possession of a stolen firearm (two counts).

• Ryan Knight, 40, of 105 Xavier Drive in Avondale, was arrested May 28 and charged with illegal possession of stolen firearm (two counts) and possession of a firearm by convicted felon. He was a fugitive (two counts).

• Brandon Johnson, 35, of 86 Blanche Drive in Avondale, was arrested May 28 and charged with illegal possession of stolen firearm (two counts). He was a fugitive.

• Marquise Sylvester, 34, of 213 Congress Drive, was arrested May 28 and charged with illegal possession of stolen firearm (two counts) and possession of a firearm by convicted felon. He was a fugitive.
