Arrests
• James Pernell, 21, of 268 Dianne Drive in St. Rose, was arrested June 22 and charged with attempted simple robbery and simple battery. He had an attachment.
• Timothy Williams, 33, of 1100 block of Paul Fredrick Street in Luling, was arrested June 22 and charged with failure to register and notify as a sex offender.
• Jacob Lee, 24, of 3117 Independence Street in Metairie, was arrested June 23 and charged with simple robbery.
• Stacy Massengale, 51, of 549 West Lawson Street in Destrehan, was arrested June 21 and charged with residential contractor fraud.
• Jason Stringer, 40, of 4120 Shelton Street in Pearl, Mississippi, was arrested June 21 and charged with theft and theft of a motor vehicle.
• Danouille Wilson, 24, of 1949 Jasper Lane in LaPlace, was arrested June 22 and charged with possession of marijuana, possession or distribution of drug paraphernalia and traffic violation. He had an attachment.
• Christian Cornell Jr., 18, of 913 Paul Fredrick Street in Luling, was arrested June 22 and charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana, illegal carrying of weapon in presence of CDS and possession or distribution of drug paraphernalia.
