• Hugo Lopez Martinez, 41, was arrested May 21 in Mobile, Ala., and charged with theft, second-degree rape and battery of a dating partner-strangulation.
• Ka’Wayne Harris, 19, was arrested May 21 in Luling and charged with resisting an officer.
• Walkeya Alexis, 33, was arrested May 21 in St. Rose and charged with second degree battery.
• Eugene Freeman, 78, was arrested May 20 in Gretna and charged with first-degree robbery.
• Eron Lewis Jr., 18, was arrested May 20 in St. Rose and charged with battery of a dating partner – minor injury and simple robbery.
