Arrests

•Brad Favaloro, 18, of 827 Milling Ave. 31 in Luling, was arrested on March 21 and charged with possession with intent to distribute Marijuana, illegal use of a CDS in presence of those under 17, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of Marijuana.

•Kevin Richardson, 18, of 827 Milling Ave. 31 in Luling, was arrested on March 21 and charged with possession to intent Schedule I, illegal use of a CDS in presence of those under 17, possession of a firearm, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of Marijuana.

•Callie Chappell, 20, of 827 Milling Ave. 31 in Luling, was arrested on March 21 and charged with possession with intent to distribute Marijuana, illegal use of a CDS in presence of those under 17, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of Marijuana.

•William Winkler, 17, of 827 Milling Ave. 31 in Luling, was arrested on March 21 and charged with possession with intent to distribute Marijuana, illegal use of a CDS in presence of those under 17, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of Marijuana.

•Andre Granier, 33, of 16630 US 90 in Des Allemands, was arrested on March 21 and charged with D.W.I., reckless operation, possession of Marijuana and open alcohol container in vehicle.

•Diquan Fenroy, 17, of 1035 Luling Estates Drive in Luling, was arrested on March 19 and charged with indecent behavior with a juvenile, unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling and resisting arrest.

•Douglas Spurgeon, 52, of 198 Carolyn Drive in Destrehan, was arrested on March 18 and charged with principal battery/aggravated.

•Fay Spurgeon, 49, of 198 Carolyn Drive in Destrehan, was arrested on March 18 and charged with aggravated battery and simple battery.

•Herschelle Downs, 33, of 159 Lakewood Drive in Luling, was arrested on March 18 and charged with aggravated assault (3 cts.), resisting an officer and resisting arrest by refusal to ID.

•Jessica Bass, 26, of 506 Sugarhouse Road in Luling, was arrested on March 20 and charged with possession of Marijuana – 1st offense and possession of Schedule III drugs.

•Bradley Madere, 42, of 132 Deslatte Lane in Gheen, was arrested on March 18 and charged with theft under $500.

•Matthew M. Zeringue, 35, of 565 Payne St. in Norco, was arrested on March 20 and charged with D.W.I. and reckless operation.

•Angela F. Earl, 32, of 7036 Moran Road in Gonzales, was arrested on March 20 and charged with D.W.I. – 3rd offense and operating under suspension for a prior offense.

•Arturo M. Charles, 35, of 562 Paula Drive in Thibodaux, was arrested on March 19 and charged with D.W.I., illegal alien operating a motor vehicle, reckless operation, driver not licensed and open alcohol container in vehicle.

•Robert M. Meri Jr., 49, of 1820 Acadia Drive in LaPlace, was arrested on March 19 and charged with D.W.I., reckless operation and possession of drugs – Schedule IV.

•Brandon M. LaBourdette, 21, of 194 E. Oakland Drive in St. Rose, was arrested on March 20 and charged with D.W.I. and driver’s license not on person.

•Jerry M. Lane, 66, of 222 Ormond Meadows Drive in Destrehan, was arrested on March 20 and charged with D.W.I. and improper control of vehicle.

•Jeannette M. Burns, 31, of 616 Tenth St. in Lockport, was arrested on March 22 and charged with D.W.I., reckless operation, possession of Hydrocodone, possession of Soma and possession of Oxycoton.

•Jarrod G. Washington, 20, of 353 Sharon Drive in Boutte, was arrested on March 23 and charged with attempted 2nd degree murder.
•Brian Matis, 31, of 451 Acorn St. in Boutte, was arrested on March 22 and charged with simple burglary, simple criminal damage under $500 and criminal trespassing.

•Pamela L. Brady, 47, of 109 Champagne Drive in Hahnville, was arrested on March 24 and charged with D.W.I. and driving on divided highway.
