Arrests
•Shane M. Becnel, 18, of 15 Parlange Dr. in Destrehan was arrested on Aug. 16 and charged with possession of Xanax and illegal window tint.
•Ronald Simmons, 38, of J.B. Green Rd. in Des Allemands was arrested on Aug. 16 and charged with distribution of crack.
•Deborah J. Lain, 51, of 7325 Caprice Dr. of Baton Rouge was arrested on Aug. 16 and charged with insurance fraud and theft.
•Juvenile, 16, of Des Allemands was arrested on Aug. 16 and charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession and possesion with intent to distribute Xanax and Aderol, and simple burglary.
•George B. Hunter Jr., 24, of 145 J.B. Green Rd. in Des Allemands was arrested on Aug. 15 and charged with two counts of distribution of crack cocaine and distribution of heroin.
•Juvenile, 16, of Des Allemaneds was arrested on Aug. 19 and charged with simple burglary, possession of firearms with obliterated number, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession of stolen things, possession with intent to distrubute marijuana.
•Manuel Sedillo, 44, of 517 Oak St. in St. Rose was arrested on Aug. 17 and charged with theft and criminal trespass.
•Roger P. Hamilton, 17, of 16620 U.S. 90 in Des Allemands was arrested on Aug. 19 and charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia.
•Jerel A. Smith, 21, of 172 Keller St. In Hahnville was arrested on Aug. 17 and charged with second degree robbery and on two St.Charles Sheriff’s Office attachments.
•Gary T. Norman, 48, of 105 Choctaw Dr. in Luling was arrested on Aug. 17 and charged with soliciting for prostitues, DWI and possession of an alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle.
*The following arrests were made in relation to the damage of several mail boxes on Bayou Estates, Dixie Drive and Mark Drive in Bayou Gauche.
•Junvenile, 15, Des Allemands was arrested on Aug. 20 and charged with 6 counts of criminal damage to property and 5 counts of criminal mischief.
•Junvenile, 13, Des Allemands was arrested on Aug. 20 and charged with 6 counts of criminal damage to property and 5 counts of criminal mischief.
•Junvenile, 15, Des Allemands was arrested on Aug. 20 and charged with 6 counts of criminal damage to property and 5 counts of criminal mischief.
•Junvenile, 14, Des Allemands was arrested on Aug. 20 and charged with 6 counts of criminal damage to property and 5 counts of criminal mischief.
•Junvenile, 13, Des Allemands was arrested on Aug. 20 and charged with 5 counts of criminal damage to property.
•Junvenile, 14, Des Allemands was arrested on Aug. 20 and charged with 5 counts of criminal damage to property.

•Carolyn J. Brumley, 49, of 204 Barton Ave. in Luling was arrested on Aug. 14 and charged with distribution of Hydrocodone, possession of Soma, distribution of crack cocaine, possesssion with intent to distribute cocaine, possession of crack cocaine, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a firearm with in possession of a controlled dangerous substance and resisting an officer.
•William L. Scott, 28, of 313 Eighth St. in New Sarpy was arrested on Aug. 14 and charged with two counts of distribution of crack cocaine.
•Derrick L. Scott, 31, of 313 Eighth St. in New Sarpy was arrested on Aug. 14 and charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine, possession of crack cocaine, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a firearm while in possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
•Cynthia Scott, 50, of 313 Eighth St. in New Sarpy was arrested on Aug. 14 and charged with warrant for theft, attachement for St. Charles Sheriff’s Office, fugutive for St. John Sheriff’s Office.
•Claudia Smith, 41, of 313 Eighth St. in New Sarpy was arrested on Aug. 14 and charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine, possession of crack cocaine, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a firearm while in possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
DWI
•Darrell A. Flowers, 44, of 1609 N. Sugar Ridge in LaPlace was arrested on Aug. 18 and charged with DWI, reckless operation and a refusal of chemical testing.
•Elbin E. Diaz, 35, of 3421 California St. in Kenner was arrested on Aug. 19 and charged with DWI, driver not licensed and operating a motor vehicle without legal presence.
•Michael G. Savoie, 55, of 5108 Mt. Shasta in Marrero was arrested on Aug. 19 and charged with DWI and suspended driver’s license.
Theft
•A snowball machine, valued at $2500, was stolen from 12598 LA 48 in Destrehan on Aug. 14.
•Assorted flat ware was stolen from 555 Allemand St. in Norco on Aug. 14.
•A tire and rim, valued at $300, 14902 River Rd. in Norco on Aug. 15
•A CD player and assorted CDs, valued at $400, were stolen from 2 Azalea Ln. in St. Rose on Aug. 15.
•A white Old English Bulldog, valued at $2500, was stolen from 1111 Luling Estates Dr. in Luling.
•A CD player, valued at $430, was stolen from a van at 118 Ann Lane in St. Rose on Aug. 19.
•A 1999 Chevrolet Van, valued at $2000, was stolen from 111 Riverbend Dr. in St. Rose on Aug. 17.
•A spare tire with a rim, valued at $500, was stolen from 501 Delta Dr. in St. Rose on Aug. 17.
•A cell phone, valued at $600, was stolen from 76 Carriage Dr. in Destrehan on Aug. 17.
•Two tricycles, valued at $240, were stolen from 112 Lakewood Dr. in Luling on Aug. 17.
•A tire and rim and a small tool box with assorted tools, valued at $400 were stolen from 14902 LA 48 in Norco on Aug. 17.
•A diamond ring, valued at $1000, was stolen from 479 Goodhope in Norco Aug. 17.
•A Playstation 2, a watch, a leather belt, assorted U.S. currency and a baseball cap were stolen from 113 Park Ave. in Boutte on Aug. 17.
•A 2003 Ford Mustang Cobra, valued at $25,000, was stolen from 3 Ormond Trace in Destrehan on Aug. 18.
