Arrests

•Jon Paul Cooper, 19, of 135 Oak St. in Hahnville was arrested on Nov. 20 and charged with possession with intent to distribute ecstasy.

•Davis Tai Ngoc Nguyen, 18, of 116 Winnova Dr. in Avondale was arrested on Nov. 20 and charged with distribution of ecstasy and possession with intent to distribute ecstasy.

•Roger Davis, 48, of 501 Lauve Lane in Luling was arrested on Nov. 15 and charged with possession of crack cocaine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

•Dale J. Dumblton, 47, of 345 River Village Dr. in Destrehan was arrested on Nov. 13 and charged with willful misrepresentation by employer.

•Tina Leglue, 37, of 405 Monsanto Ave. in Luling was arrested on Nov. 17 and charged with aggravated battery.

•Louis Smothers, 51, of 290 E. Mcadoo St. in New Sarpy was arrested on Nov. 18 and charged with aggravated battery, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

•Thomas McKenzie, 31, of 120 Turing Point in Stockridge, GA was arrested on Nov. 20 and charged with aggravated battery.

•Bob W. Richard, 23, of 957 Patton Lane in Bridge City was arrested on Nov. 19 and charged with theft over $500 and misapp contractor pay.

•David Issac, 40, of 32 East St. in Norco was arrested on Nov. 25 and charged with theft over $500.

•Jose R. Hipkiss, 28, of 300 River Village Dr. in Destrehan was arrested on Nov. 21 and charged with distribution and possession with intent to distribute marijuana, illegal possession of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a minor.

•Donald Smith, 32, of 4033 Mayhaw Dr. in Harvey was arrested on Nov. 23 and charged with possession of cocaine, open alcoholic container in vehicle and no seatbelt.

DWI

•David R. Martinez, 26, of 493 NE 2nd St. in Reserve was arrested on Nov. 18 and charged with DWI, careless operation and driver not licensed.

•Dyson Milton Jr., 55, of 65339 Vernon Town Rd. in Roseland was arrested on Nov. 25 and charged with DWI, speeding and careless operation.

•Lisa R. Marse, 29 of 321 Greenwood Dr. in LaPlace was arrested on Nov. 25 and charged with DWI, improper lane use and open container.

•Rollin J. Wilson, 60, of 621 Kinler St. in Luling was arrested on Nov. 24 and charged with DWI and reckless operation.

Theft

•A Honda 4-wheeler, valued at $3,000 was stolen from 208 Schmill St. in Luling on Nov. 16.

•A Honda water pump, valued at $800, was stolen from the Bonnet Carre Spillway in Norco on Nov. 16.

•Assorted house decorations and CD player, valued $150, was stolen from 167 Union Lane in Montz on Nov. 17.

•A laptop, an MP3 player and a wireless broadband card, valued at $2,300, was stolen from 12125 Highway 90 in Luling on Nov. 17.

•A 1993 Chevrolet Metro, valued at $1000, was stolen from 143 Breaux Lane in Des Allemands on Nov. 18.

•A CD player, two speakers, DVD player and an electronic crossover, valued $630, was stolen out of vehicle.

•A 17” flat screen monitor with a computer system, two DVD players, assorted DVDs, assorted clothing and assorted CDs, valued at $1650, was stolen from 326 Kinler St. in Boutte on Nov. 19.

•An Entergy electric meter, valued at $400, was stolen from 318 Schoolhouse Rd. in Killona.
