Arrests

•Brandi Davis, 21, of 104 Folse St. in Des Allemands was arrested on Jan. 1 and charged with aggravated battery and simple battery.

•Steven G. Moore, 44, of 1130 Tiger Dr. in Thibodaux was arrested on Dec. 31 was charged with DWI, reckless operation, driving under suspension, refusal of chemical test and open container.

•Gary J. Marrison, 45, of 136 Billings Lane in Paradis was arrested on Dec. 28 and charged with DWI and careless operation.

•Dane M. Robicheaux, 19, of 550 West Pine St. in Norco was arrested on Dec. 29 and charged with DWI and improper lane use.

•Steven Barber, 51, of 14 East Levert in Luling was arrested on Dec. 30 and charged with DWI, no seatbelt and open container.

•Otis Brown, 56, of 1319 Dupas St. in Gretna was arrested on Dec. 30 and charged with DWI and suspended driver’s license.

•Lincoln V. Cubas, 35, of 214 Amelia St. in Destrehan was arrested on Dec. 30 and charged with DWI and reckless operation.

•Marion Horney, 50, of 10719 Murphy Rd. in Riverview, Fla. was arrested on Dec. 28 and charged with DWI, speeding and open container.

•Joshua Robicheaux, 32, of 316 Milling Ave. in Luling was arrested on Jan. 4 and charged with DWI and speeding.

Theft

•A boat trailer, valued at $300, was stolen from 444 Up the Bayou Rd. on Dec. 31.

•A bicycle, valued at $100, was stolen from 577 W. Hoover St. in New Sarpy on Jan. 1.

•Three public address speakers and two wooden posts, valued at $250, were stolen from 107 Tiger Circle in Hahnville on Jan. 2.

•A grill assembly, a tail gate and two headlights, valued at $650, were stolen from 121 Manor Rd. in Luling on Jan. 3.

•A tire, valued at $400, was stolen from LA 18 at Louis the 1st St. in Luling on Jan. 3.

•A tail gate and two tail light assemblies, valued at $290, were stolen from 121 Manor Rd. in Luling on Jan. 3.

•A 9mm semiautomatic gun, valued at $178, was stolen from 126 Lakewood Dr. in Luling on Jan. 3.

•A DVD player, valued at $150, was stolen from 117 Bailey St. in Boutte on Jan. 3.

•A CD player, am amplifier and two subwoofers, valued at $899, were stolen from I-310 South in St. Rose on Jan. 3.
