Arrests

•Lawrence Brooks, 29, of 209 Hawthorn Dr. in Luling was arrested on May 13 and charged with aggravated assault.

•Patrick Joseph, 25, of 237 Goodchildren St. in Boutte was arrested on May 13 and charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine, resisting arrest by flight and possession of drug paraphernalia.

•John Bruce Lumar, 18, of 1832 LA 52 in Boutte was arrested on May 12 and charged with cruelty of animals, no pit bull registration or microchip and no rabies tag.

•Nathiel Jupiter, 25, of 274 Goodchildren St. in Boutte was arrested on May 12 and charged with dog fighting, cruelty to animals, no pit bull registration and no rabies tag.

•Leonard Meja, 26, of 119 Gassen Lane in Luling was arrested and charged with aggravated battery on May 12.

•John Mack Lee Jr, 32, of 316 Boutte Estates was arrested on May 12 and charged with four counts of possession of fighting dogs and two counts of cruelty to animals.

•Lance Marshall, 21, of 652 Azalea Dr. in Waggaman was arrested on May 9 and charged with possession of stolen property  valued at $7,000.

•Edward Shaw, 27, of 701 Honduras St. in Killona was arrested on May 11 and charged with illegal possession of stolen property.

•Angelyne Billips, 35, of 2016 S. Sugar Ridge in LaPlace was arrested on May 7 and charged with possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine, possession with intent to distribute cocaine, possession of Klonopan. Contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile and illegal possession in the presence of a juvenile.

•Scott Brown, 38, of Old Gentilly Rd. in New Orleans was arrested on May 7 and charged with possession of crack cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Brenda Stepter, 49, of 250 Municipal Dr. in Richardson, Texas was arrested on May 11 and charged with DWI and COMV.

•Jose Cruz, 44, of 115 West Esplanade in Metairie was arrested on May 10 and charged with DWI and reckless operation.

•Rayshaud Green, 18, of 3120 N. Robertson St. in New Orleans was arrested on May 11 and charged with illegal possession of stolen property.

•Keidrike Ayo, 19, of 6680 Willie Lou Ave. in Houma was arrested on May 11 and charged with illegal possession of a stolen vehicle, speeding, no driver’s license and switched license plate.

•Dean Champagne, 39, of 337 St. Charles Place in Hahnville was arrested on May 9 and charged with theft, forgery and on two warrants for theft.

Theft

•A .40 caliber semi-automatic pistol, valued at $500 was stolen from a vehicle parked at 318 Killona Dr. in Killona on May 14.

•A car radio, a silver AMP, subwoofers, a speaker box and a jack, valued at $850, were stolen from a vehicle parked at 325 Lakewood Dr. in Luling on May 13.

•A handgun was stolen from 13001 Highway 90 in Boutte on May 13.

•A purse, a wallet, and miscellaneous, credit cards and gift cards were stolen from 155 Lakewood Dr. in Luling.

•A hunting rifle and fishing rods and reels, valued at $1,400, were stolen from 327 Ormond Oaks Dr. in Destrehan on May 7.

•A desk-top refrigerator, valued at $200, was stolen 114A Mark Dr. in Bayou Gauche on May 10.

•A Kawasaki motorcycle, valued at $500, was stolen from 309 Ormond Meadows Dr. in Destrehan.

•Two pairs of shears, valued at $550, were stolen from 13001 Highway 90 in Boutte.

•An iPod, valued at $280, was stolen from 301 Court St. in Luling on May 9.

•Three metal lawn chairs, valued at $150, were stolen from 33 Rosedown Dr. in Destrehan.

•A CD player, a AM/FM player, two car speakers and an amplifier, valued $842, from 223 Davis Dr. in Luling on May 11.

•A stainless steel pot, a 5-gallon gas container, a generator, a lawnmower and a pressure washer, valued at $1,644, were stolen from 337 Wanda St. in Luling on May 9.

•Unknown types of doorknobs, various hand tools and battery operated tools, valued at $14,300, were stolen from 110 Cadow St. in Paradis were stolen on May 9.

•A shotgun and rifle, valued at $1,350, were stolen from 221 Park Avenue in New Sarpy on May 12.

•A cypress porch swing, valued at $700, was stolen from 230 Monsanto Ave. in Luling on May 12.

•A car stereo, an amplifier and two speakers, valued at $950, were stolen from 118 Davis Dr. in Luling on May 11.

•A purse, wallet, a digital camera and $5 in U.S. currency were stolen from 1 Wildcat Lane in Destrehan on May 13.
