Arrests

•Gary Matherne, 49, of 489 Longview Dr. in Destrehan was arrested on June 15 and charged with possession of marijuana.

•Juvenile, 16, Destrehan was arrested on June 15 and charged with possession of marijuana.

•Tony Lemon, 39, 141 Lakewood Dr. in Luling was arrested on June 17 and charged with DWI, careless operation, no driver’s license and attachment for Jefferson Parish.

•Demetrius Lewis, 41, of 503 East St. in Houma was arrested on June 14 and charged with DWI and reckless operation.

•Heustis Curry, 68, of 726 Village Road in Kenner was arrested on June 14 and charged with DWI, hit an run, careless operation of a motor vehicle and improper display of plate.

•Sharon Barfield, 47, of 8718 Apple St. in New Orleans was arrested on June 16 and charged with DWI, reckless operation and open container.

•Larry Gross Jr., 17, of 827 Milling St. was arrested on June 17 and charged with simple burglary.

•Larry Ranson, 25, of 235 Post Dr. in Killona was arrested on June 17 and charged with simple criminal damage, simple battery, aggravated battery and aggravated criminal.

•Kenneth Matherne, 17, of 489 Longview Dr. in Destrehan and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a firearm while in possession of a controlled substance and battery of a police officer.

•Christopher Matherne, 19, of 489 Longview Dr. in Destrehan was arrested on June 15 and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a firearm while in possession of a controlled substance.

•Lorena Matherne, 51, of 489 Longview Dr. in Destrehan was arrested on june 15 and charged with possession of marijuana.

•Charles Darr, 48, of 318 Johnson St. in St. Rose on June 13 and charged with theft.

•Paul Davis, 17, of 222 Villere Dr. in Destrehan was arrested on June 14 and charged with loud music from vehicle, turn signal required, possession of Xanax, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of alcoholic beverage under 21.

•Carrie Downing, 39, of 722 Terrance St. in New Sarpy was arrested on June 14 and charged with aggravated assault.

•Lawrence Taylor, 62, of 346 2nd St. in St. Rose was arrested on June 13 and charged with speeding, no driver’s license on person, no insurance and possession of stolen of things.

Theft

•Miscellaneous, valued at $115, were stolen from 327 Wanda St. in Luling on June 14.

•A gym bag and a pair of shoes, valued at $350, were stolen from 104 Melrose Dr. in Destrehan on June 14.

•U.S. currency in the amount of $120, a digital camera and a man’s diamond watch, valued at $1,920, was stolen from 220 First St. in St. Rose on June 14.

•A cordless drill, valued at $250, was stolen out of a storage unit at 532 East Heather Dr. in Luling on June 13.

•A gas tank with 12 gallons of gasoline, valued at $100, was stolen from 324 Up the Bayou Road in Des Allemands on June 13.

•A 10-speed bicycle, valued at $69, was stolen from 421 St. Rose Ave. in St. Rose on June 17.
