•Richard F. Naquin, 67, of 244 Sandras St. in St. Rose was arrested on Nov. 16 and charged with DWI, failure to maintain control and open container.
•Emanuel Stringer, 23, of 2008 Cardinal Lane in Clarksdale, Miss. was arrested on Nov. 15 and charged with possession of contraband in a correctional facility, possession of marijuana and violating parish ordinance for loud music.
•Alisha R. Bentley, 26, of 204 Dantin St. in Raceland was arrested on Nov. 15 and charged with possession of contraband in a correctional facility and possession of marijuana.
•Brandi Price, 29, of 235 Johnson St. in Ama was arrested on Nov. 13 and charged with theft by fraud and issuing worthless checks.
•Darrell J. Price, 27, of 235 Johnson St. in Ama was arrested on Nov. 13 and charged with two counts of theft by fraud and issuing worthless checks, and on two attachments.
•Justin Thomas, 22, of 737 E. Hoover St. in New Sarpy was arrested on Nov. 17 and charged with aggravated battery and simple battery.
•Ashley A. Morris, 24, of 538 Kinler St. in Boutte was arrested on Nov. 17 and charged with distribution of crack cocaine and possession of cocaine.

Easy St. in New Sarpy, was arrested on Nov. 18 and charged with possession of and possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine, possession of a firearm while in possession of crack cocaine, possession of carisoprodol, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and simple cruelty to animals.

Theft
•A 2007 Nissan Altima, valued at $15,000, was stolen from 331 River Oaks Dr. in Destrehan on Nov. 15.
•Assorted fishing equipment, valued at $990, was stolen from 180 Elm St. in Hahnville on Nov. 20.
•A 4-wheeler and a truck ramp, valued at $7,050, was stolen from 843 Goodhope St. in Norco on Nov. 24.
•Two televisions, a laptop computer, an iPod and assorted jewelry was stolen from 66 Stanton Hall Dr. in Destrehan.
•An air compressor, an electric drill, a reciprocating saw and weed eater, valued $500, was stolen from 350 Goodhope in Norco on Nov. 23.
