Suspects are innocent until proved guilty in a court of law.

Arrests
• James Stewart, 47, of 162 Windsor Drive in Daphne, Alabama, was arrested Oct. 6 and charged with simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling.

• James Futrell, 39, of 223 White Oak Drive in St. Rose, was arrested Oct. 6 and charged with domestic abuse involving strangulation.

• Jermaine Butler Jr., 24, of 1949 Eligardi St. in New Orleans, was arrested Oct. 6 and charged with color of clearance lamps and resisting an officer with force or violence. He was a fugitive (two counts).

• Javarion Scott, 22, of 104 Mark Twain Drive in River Ridge, was arrested Oct. 5 and charged with possession of a firearm by convicted felon, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana (second offense), resisting an officer, contributing to delinquency of a juvenile, illegal use of a CDS in presence of persons under 17 years of age.

• Jordan Weeks, 37, of 123 River Point Drive in Destrehan, was arrested Oct. 5 and charged with violation of protection order (four counts), telephone communications/improper language and harrassment.

• Thane Everett, 20, of 359 Good Hope St. in Norco, was arrested Oct. 5 and charged with felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile (three counts) and misdemeanor carnal knowledge of a juvenile.

• Larry Isaac Jr., 21, of 1107 Kinler St. in Luling, was arrested Oct. 5 and charged with possession of firearms with obliterated number and aggravated assault with a firearm.

• Trevor Gaspar, 23, of 178 Maloney Road in Des Allemands, was arrested Oct. 5 and charged with domestic abuse battery involving strangulation. He had an attachment.

• Lonnie Scott, 49, of 323 Woodland Drive in Boutte, was arrested Oct. 5 and charged with domestic abuse battery.
