Sheriff’s Report 10-13-2016

Arrests

  • Max Duvernay, 28, of 205 Bernard Ave. in Ama, was arrested Oct. 6 and charged with no seat belt, possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of CDS laws.
  • Tyrone Taylor, 66, of 415 Boutte Estates in Boutte, was arrested Oct. 6 and charged with distribution of heroin (three counts), possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of CDS laws.
  • Gerson Morazan, 19, of 297 South Kinler St. in Boutte, was arrested Oct. 4 and charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana and possession of contraband in correctional center.
  • Kristopher Eugene, 19, of 423 South Kinler St. in Boutte, was arrested Oct. 4 and charged with stop/turn signal required and possession with intent to distribute marijuana.
  • Monica Bychurch, 53, of 216 Barton Ave. in Luling, was arrested Oct. 4 and charged with attempting to distribute Schedule III, distribution of Schedule III and possession with intent of Schedule III.
  • Lloyd Williams, 58, of 1107 Paul Fredrick St. in Luling, were arrested Oct. 4 and charged with lifetime registration notification (three counts) and electronic monitor violation.
  • Cody Scioneaux, 24, of 530 Apple St. in Norco, was arrested Oct. 1 and charged with DWI and simple obstruction of highway.
  • Steven Guercia Jr., 23, of 1603 Western Drive in Hammond, was arrested Oct. 1 and charged with DWI and simple obstruction of highway.
  • Ashley Farrell, 24, of 3905 Purdue Drive in Metairie, was arrested Oct. 1 and charged with DWI, flight from officer, license plate illuminated and DWI-child endangerment.
  • Doren Scott, 23, of 317 Nicholas St. in Luling, was arrested Oct. 5 and charged with aggravated burglary, distribution-marijuana, possession of a Schedule II, use of a firearm with a CDS, felony carrying illegal, firearm free zone, drug free zone public housing, possession of a stolen firearm and resisting an officer.
  • Corlicia Smith, 26, of 249 Boutte Estates Drive in Boutte, was arrested Oct. 5 and charged with accessory after the fact.

Incidents

  • Several windows of a residence located on Louis the First St. in Luling were broken on Oct. 4. Two glass fixtures inside of the residence were stolen.
  • A Sanyo television, jewelry, two cell phones, a jar containing coins/money and prescription medication were stolen from inside of a residence located on Dees Lane in Luling on Oct. 4.
  • Two TVs and U.S. currency were stolen from 217 Meadows Drive in Destrehan on Oct. 5.
  • A TV, Playstation 4, Playstation 4 video game, a Firestick and assorted shoes were stolen from 141 Turner Lane in Luling on Oct. 5.
