Arrests

  • Gary Tomlinson, 52, of 11311 Forest Ridge Road in Lithia, Fla., was arrested Aug. 13 and charged with DWI (first offense) and hit and run driving.
  • Jason Rabalais, 29, of 1113 Acadiana Drive in Houma, was arrested Aug. 12 and charged with suspended driver’s license, reckless operation of a vehicle and DWI (second offense).
  • Andrew Gurtner, 25, of 108 Robert St. in Gretna, was arrested Aug. 16 and charged with DWI (first offense), reckless operation of a vehicle and criminal sanctions for operating without insurance.
  • Steven Alexander, 40, of 114 Woodland Court in Boutte, was arrested Aug. 16 and charged with DWI (first offense), vehicular negligent injury, driving license suspended and renewal registration.
  • Clifford Williams, 44, of 3021 English Colony in LaPlace, was arrested Aug. 12 and charged with issuing worthless checks over $500.
  • Missunique Clark, 22, of 6300 Riverside Drive in Metairie, was arrested Aug. 11 and charged with simple criminal damage $500 to $50,000.
  • Timothy Anweiler, 29, of 2456 Highway 44 in Paulina, was arrested Aug. 15 and charged with cyber stalking and violation of a protective order.
  • Dakota Kinchen, 25, of 35014 Becky Stewart Road in Independence, was arrested Aug. 15 and charged with possession of marijuana (first offense), possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of Schedule 4 (Xanax).
  •  Nijon Brown, 19, of 225 Trailsway Drive in Hahnville, was arrested Aug. 11 and charged with possession of marijuana (first offense), possession of drug paraphernalia, possession with intent to distribute Schedule 11 (acetaminophen and Oxycodone).

Incidents

  • Two tires were cut on a victim’s vehicle parked on Johnson St. in St. Rose on Aug 12.
  • A garden hose and hose reel was stolen from a residence located on Mockingbird Lane in St. Rose on Aug. 13• A door was pried open and glass shattered at a residence on River Ridge Drive in Boutte on Aug. 14.
  • An employee of Rent-A-Center in Boutte was conducting inventory when he discovered an X-Box 1 gaming system was missing on Aug. 15.
  • Two batteries were taken from the battery compartment of a school bus on Killona Drive in Killona on Aug. 15.
  • Tools were removed from the inside of a vacant apartment on Brandon Hall in Destrehan on Aug. 15.
  • A living room was ransacked and several prescription medications stolen from a residence located on Barton Ave. in Luling on Aug. 16.
