Suspects are innocent until proved guilty in a court of law.
Arrests
• Rhett Higgingbotham, 18, of 137 Wagner Drive in River Ridge, was arrested Nov. 6 and charged with aggravated assault with a firearm and domestic abuse battery with a dangerous weapon.
• Jalen Jupiter, 19, of 1264 Paul Maillard Road in Luling, was arrested Nov. 7 and charged with simple criminal damage to property and battery of a dating partner.
• Triche Meadors, 37, of Dees Lane in Luling, was arrested Nov. 1 and charged with use of multiple lighting equipment, driving on roadway laned for traffic, DWI, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and possession of methamphetamine. She was a fugitive.
• Sherry Chandler, 37, of 14215 Hwy. 90 in Boutte, was arrested Nov. 1 and charged with resisting an officer, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine. She was a fugitive (two counts).
• Christopher Ransom, 42, of 17905 River Road in Killona, was arrested Nov. 2 and charged with obstruction of justice and possession of marijuana.
