Sheriff’s Reports 9-18-2014

•Tai Tan Nguyen, 37, of 2684 Jupiter St. in Harvey, was arrested on Sept. 11 and charged with distribution of schedule 1 narcotics, distribution of drug paraphernalia, possession with intent to manufacture schedule 1 narcotics, possession with intent to distribute drug paraphernalia and use of a firearm with a controlled substance.

•Hoa T. Nguyen, 42, of 2129 Titan St. in Harvey, was arrested on Sept. 11 and charged with distribution of schedule 1 narcotics, distribution of drug paraphernalia, possession with intent to manufacture schedule 1 narcotics and use of a firearm with a controlled substance.

•Garrett M. Haun, of 243 Mimosa Ave. in Luling, was arrested on Sept. 11 and charged with DWI and improper control of vehicle.

•Charlotte Middleton, 54, of 15692 LA 18 in Hahnville, was arrested on Sept. 11 and charged with theft by fraud.

•Jennifer Young, 29, of 702 Paul Fredrick St. in Luling, was arrested on Sept. 10 and charged with second offense DWI, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, hit and run, public intimidation, resisting an officer and as a fugitive from another agency.

•Jonathan Brown, 17, of 218 Monsanto Drive in Luling, was arrested on Sept. 7 and charged with possession of alcohol while being under 21, spillway prohibitions, contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile and possession of 2.1 grams of marijuana.

•Scott T. Besacon, 17, of 3903 Arkansas Ave. in Kenner, was arrested on Sept. 9 and charged with two counts of distribution of marijuana.

•Chrestian M. Matis, 21, of 1363 Paul Fredrick St. in Luling, was arrested on Sept. 9 and charged with possession with intent to distribute a counterfeit controlled substance – marijuana and obstruction of justice.

•Sade K. Johnson, of 2723 Helena St. B in Kenner, was arrested on Sept. 9 and charged with monetary instrument abuse.

•Danny Holmes, 29, of 232 Terrace St. in New Sarpy, was arrested on Sept. 5 and charged with aggravated battery, resisting an officer, obstructing public passages and a St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office attachment.

•Daniel Adams, 41, of 244 Meadows Drive in Destrehan, was arrested on Sept. 6 and charged with felon carrying illegal weapon, illegal use of a weapon and two counts of obstruction of justice. Adams was arrested after the Sheriff’s Office received an anonymous 911 call stating that he had fired a gun at the above address.

•Jaby Luke, 42, of 659 Highway 58 in Montegut, was arrested on Sept. 6 and charged with reckless operation of vehicle, DWI, possession of oxycodone, possession of a legend drug and possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Keith Diggs, 22, of Paul Fredrick St. in Luling, was arrested on Sept. 8 and charged with second-degree battery and simple assault. Diggs allegedly struck a woman in the face with his fist, causing her to lose consciousness.

•Emanuel Lane, 41, of 310 Hanson Place in Kenner, was arrested on Sept. 13 and charged with DWI – child endangerment, reckless operation, speeding, possession of marijuana with intent, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent and illegal use of a controlled substance in the presence of a juvenile under 17.

•Cardell Ingram, 43, of 1512 Belle Pointe Drive in LaPlace, was arrested on Sept. 14 and charged with DWI, driving roadway lane of traffic and open container.

•Daniel J. Guillot, 46, of 83 Stanton Hall Drive in Destrehan, was arrested on Sept. 14 and charged with DWI, open container and improper control of vehicle.

Thefts

•A stealth trail camera was stolen from 27 Rosedown Drive in Destrehan on Sept. 14.

•An iPhone 5 was stolen from 434 South St. in Paradis on Sept. 12.•Two cases of beer, a 32-inch TV, an external speaker bar and approximately 10 pounds of shrimp was stolen from 609 Early St. in Paradis on Sept. 12.
