•Douglas Franklin, 32, of 20075 Green Acres in Hammond, was arrested on Oct. 1 and charged with possession of valium, possession of percocet, obstruction of justice and possession of drug paraphernalia.
•Michael Miller, 46, of 143 W. Airline Drive in Kenner, was arrested on Sept. 30 and charged with possession of hydromorphone with intent and theft under $500.
•Thomas Tramel Jr., 57, of 339 Easley Drive in Grenada, Miss. was arrested on Oct. 6 and charged with DWI, driving roadway lane of traffic and open container.
•Dustin Robert, 22, of 272 Alice St. in Ama, was arrested on Oct. 5 and charged with DWI and hit and run.
•Raul De Leon, 49, of 2535 Welasco Road in Brownsville, Texas, was arrested on Oct. 3 and charged with DWI, reckless operation, open container and as a fugitive.
•Marcy W. Folse, 36, of 391 Marcia Drive in Luling, was arrested on Oct. 4 and charged with DWI, improper control of vehicle and a St. Charles Sheriff’s Office warrant.
•Earl H. Holmes Jr., of 1409 Carrollwood Drive in LaPlace, was arrested on Oct. 5 and charged with DWI, speeding, disobeying traffic signal and violating registration.
•Dustin L. Kelley, was arrested on Sept. 30 and charged with DWI and driving roadway lane of traffic.
Thefts
•A bicycle was stolen from 124 Scott St. in Paradis on Oct. 3.
•A 45/410 revolver was stolen from 12661 River Road in Luling on Oct. 4.
•Two fishing rods and reels were stolen from 571 Clayton Drive in Norco on Oct. 5.
•A 2001 Toyota Camry was stolen from 107 Oak St. in St. rose on Sept. 30.
