Arrests
•Lanai J. Bertucci, 45, of 19388 Rolling Pines Drive in Amite, was arrested on Jan. 31 and charged with simple burglary.
•John W. Stuard, 46, of 268 Janet Drive in St. Rose, was arrested on Jan. 31 and charged with simple burglary.
•Michael B. Cockerham, 47, of 436 Turtlecreek Lane in St. Rose, was arrested on Feb. 1 and charged with possession with intent SCH II – crack cocaine.
•Derrick A. Pierre, 27, of 222 Second St. in St. Rose, was arrested on Feb. 1 and charged with possession with intent SCH II – crack, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, felony carrying illegal weapon and use of a firearm with a CDS.
•Kenneth A. LeBlanc Jr., 38, of 677 Bertucci St. in Marrero, was arrested on Feb. 1 and charged with 2nd degree battery.
•Dylan Weber, 18, of 132 Autin Lane in Des Allemands, was arrested on Feb. 1 and charged with simple burglary.
•Nina C. Kali, 55, of 14949 Highway 631 in Paradis, was arrested on Jan. 28 and charged with possession of SCH II – crack and driver not licensed.
•Frankie L. Harris, 47, of 124 Louis the First St. in Luling, was arrested on Feb. 2 and charged with 2nd degree battery and stalking.
•Daryl J. Pujol, 48, of 501 Turtlecreek Lane in St. Rose, was arrested on Feb. 4 and charged with simple kidnapping and false imprisonment.
•Herscelle D. Downs, 33, of 159 Lakewood Drive in Luling, was arrested on Feb. 3 and charged with D.W.I. and disregarding stop sign/yield sign.
•Robert M. Hebert, 23, of 14855 Old Spanish Trail in Paradis, was arrested on Feb. 6 and charged with D.W.I. and improper control of vehicle.
•Lynn A. Mayes, 62, of 516 Melrose Drive in LaPlace, was arrested on Feb. 3 and charged with D.W.I., renewal registration and improper control of vehicle.
•Jason A. Ruiz, 28, of 126 Danos in Raceland, was arrested on Feb. 4 and charged with D.W.I., speeding and renewal registration.
•Terry J. St. Romain, 54, of 102 Hurst Court in Destrehan, was arrested on Feb. 3 and charged with D.W.I., speeding and open container.
•David J. Winkler Jr., 21, of 4160 Silver Drive in McComb, Miss., was arrested on Feb. 4 and charged with D.W.I., speeding and not driving in a single lane of traffic.
Thefts
•A 32″ flat-screen TV, total value of $300, was stolen from 111 Rue Sidney in St. Rose on Jan. 30.
•A Pioneer stereo, total value of $120, was stolen out of a vehicle at 13533 River Road in Luling on Jan. 30.
•Aluminum casing, 250 feet of copper wiring and one set of air condition coils, total value of $2,000, were stolen from 175 Mark St. in Ama on Jan. 30.
•A lawn mower and pad lock were stolen from 122 First St. in Boutte on Jan. 31.
•A vending machine was broken into at 5900 LA 3127 in Killona on Jan. 31.
•Three antique bathtubs were stolen from 547 Barreca St. in Norco on Jan. 31.
•A 32″ flat-screen TV, bike and guitar were stolen from 2108 Ormond Blvd. in Destrehan on Feb. 2.
