Abraham Jackson, born March 13, 1939, passed away on Sept. 3.
Jackson was 77 years old.
He is survived by his wife, Lois Jackson; sons Jimmy Jackson and Clarence Jackson; daughters Helen Jackson and Yolanda Darensburg; stepsons LaCharles Brooks and Gerald Keigler; stepdaughter Carol Winfrey; brothers Russell Jackson and Gregory Jackson; sisters Mary Vinnet and Brenda Washington; and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at New Wine Christian Fellowship, 1929 W. Airline Hwy., Laplace, on Saturday, Sept. 10, 10 a.m.
Viewing will follow the service at 9 a.m. at same location.
