Mary Johnson, 90, passed away on May 13, 2011 at Luling Living Center in Luling.
She was the daughter of the late Rose Hopkins and James Williams, wife of the late Jessie Johnson Sr., step mother of Jessie Johnson Jr., Doris Henry and the late Rosemary Fiffie, sister of the late James, Eddie, Richard and Raymond Sr., Rose and Sedonia Williams; and foster mother of Lena Watson, Sharon, Andrew and Peter LeBlanc, and the late Buster LeBlanc. She is also survived by 15 step-grandchildren and a host of greatgrandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was a native of Killona and resident of Luling. Relatives, friends and members of Canaan Baptist Church and all neighboring churches were invited to attend the funeral at Canaan Baptist Church in Killona on May 21 with Rev. Henry Wolfe officiating. Interment followed at Greenhill Cemetery in Taft.
Services were under the direction Robottom Mortuary.
