Jacqueline Ann Flacon Brown, 73, of Garland, Texas, passed away on Saturday, June 12, 2010 in the Garnet Hill Rehab and Skill Nursing Center in Wylie, Texas.
She was born in Good Hope and was a teacher and home maker. She received a Bachelor’s degree in teaching.
She is survived by two sons, David John and Daniel John Brown; three daughters: Cindy Ann Chattin, Cathy Ann Welch and Connie Ann Brown Underwood; one sister, Mary Jane Zeringue; and nine grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard Francis Falcon and Ella Melanie Melancon; as well as a number of aunts and uncles.
Visitation was held on June 16 at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Destrehan. Mass of Christian Burial was held with Fr. Daniel Brouillette officiating. Burial followed in St. Charles Mausoleum.
