Ronnie Paul Housend, 69, a native of Larose and resident of Boutte, passed away on Friday, Jan. 27.
Visitation will be held 9 a.m. at Falgout Funeral Home in Raceland on Thursday, Feb. 2, followed by funeral services at 11 a.m. and burial in Holy Rosary Cemetery in Larose.
Housend is survived by a son, Shannon Housend (Bonnie); daughters, Tammy Housend (Karen) and Tonya Housend; brothers, Terry Melancon, Nolan Melancon, Jr., Bryan Melancon; sister, Charleen Melancon; seven grandchildren, Haley Bruce, Jazsmin Housend, Justin Housend, Jadelin Housend, Gavin Housend, Erin Housend; two great grandchildren, Aliyah Housend and Braélynn Lewis.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Nolan Melancon and Irene Cheramie Melancon.
Falgout Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
