Allen Charles Horn Jr., 81, native and resident of Luling, passed away April 17.
Visitation was held April 22 at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Luling followed by a memorial Mass at the church and burial in St. Charles Cemetery.
Horn is survived by his children: Dale Horn, Vanessa Horn and companion, Keith Madere, Veronica Levron and husband, Huey Levron Jr; brothers, Donald and Sherman Horn; sisters, Brenda Gros and Janice Dufrene; nine grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Lorraine Horn, and parents, Irene and Allen Horn Sr.
Horn worked for Avondale Shipyard for 42 years.
Falgout Funeral Home of Raceland is handling arrangements.
This comment is concerning the 2 yr old little girl that died Friday evening in Destrehan from being left in a car! This story has not been told. The fathers family had the child and there has been no arrest or anything at all about it????
