Gerald A. “Stick” Orgeron, Sr., 85, a native of New Orleans and resident of Luling passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 5, 2015.
Visitation was held Aug. 10 at St. Anthony Catholic Church, Luling. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated with burial in St. Charles Cemetery, also in Luling.
He is survived by his son, Gerald Orgeron Jr. and wife Donna, and three grandchildren: Chelsey Orgeron, Brayden Orgeron and Kellie Landeche.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Ward Orgeron; parents, Clement and Melodia Chouest Orgeron; brother, Sonny Orgeron and sisters, Mildred Saucier, Doris Burke, Gloria Towle and Rhea Picou.
