Diana “Dee” B. Pitchford passed away on April 6, 2022 at the age of 67, in Jefferson, Louisiana. In recent years she battled serious medical issues, but always with courage and determination. She was born October 13, 1954 in Raceland, LA.
She is survived by her husband, Douglas L. Pitchford, her son, Jeremy D. Pitchford (Shannon) her daughter, Jennifer D. Pitchford, granddaughter Madison and grandson Andrew.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Benjamin Joe Broach and Ellen Louise Broach and her niece, Christina “Christie” Beth Broach.
Also survived by her brother, Robert D. Broach (Nancy), and her sisters, Donna B. Post (Frank) and Danelle A. Johnson (Johnny) as well as many nieces and nephews and other extended family members and friends.
Burial will be private.
My heart hurts and is very saddened by the loss of my dear friend Dee(Diana). My only condolence is she is in heaven and no longer suffering. My prayers and thoughts go out to her family and friends that I have been blessed to get to meet over the many years. She will be truly missed.
My heart is heavy with the sad news of my beloved friend of over thirty years, Dee’s passing. She will be missed. Loved her so much. She was an inspiration.
