Lance Micheal Champagne, 31, a native of St. Charles Parish, passed away May 28, 2017 from an unexpected death in Des Allemands.
Champagne, born April 7, 1986, is survived by his fiancé, Ashley L. Ward; three sons, Sean, Kaven and Khyler; two daughters, Chloe and Kaislee; his father, Arnold P. Sevin Jr.; mother Jessie M. Champagne; stepparents Stephanie Maloney, William “Billy” Fahrig and Willie Windham; two brothers, Hunter Fahrig and Kobe Sevin, along with two sisters, Courtney Christen and Kayle Sevin. Niece and Nephew, Jordynn and Haze Fahrig; grandparents, Horace and JoAnn Dempster, and best friend, Andrew Davis.
Lance was a lost soul but could brighten up anyone’s day. He was the best father he knew how to be. He loved watching basketball and robotic dancing videos with his children. He was a pipefitter by trade but loved welding on his spare time.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Louis and Anna Mae Champagne, Arnold P. Sevin Sr., and great grandmaw Alma D. Sevin.
