Anthony “Tony” R. Centanni

Anthony “Tony” R. Centanni made his journey home on April 7. His final days were spent surrounded by family and friends that Tony had touched in some way.

He was born on April 1, 1951 (yes, April Fool’s Day, so appropriate he had a wonderful sense of humor) in New Orleans was a former resident of Kenner. He spent the last 25 years as a resident of Slidell.

He spent the last 18 years working for Eagle Industries, New Orleans.

He is survived by his loving wife, Vicki Palmisano Centanni, his daughter Nicole Mcdonald, sister Becky Jacobs (Richard), brother Paul Centanni, in laws Joseph and Mary Palmisano, Kevin Palmisano, Gina and Scott Achord, Tammy Westbrook and Ray Westbrook, many nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.

He was preceeded in death by his parents Sebastian and Frances Muller Centanni.

He was a loving husband and father. His passion was hunting. He loved to cook. He will be sadly missed by those who knew and loved him.

Memorial Service was held April 15.
