Blake Paul Muller, age 40, of Ponchatoula, Louisiana, crossed over to Heaven on March 17, 2022. Blake’s loving family were by his bedside during his peaceful transition. Blake was born on July 17, 1981 to Priscilla Thibodeaux-Horn and Richard Clifford Muller in New Orleans, Louisiana and raised in Luling, Louisiana. As a child Blake enjoyed annual family trips to the beach, BMX riding and art. Blake’s joys were the love for his family, DJing, customizing automobiles and motorcycles, scenic travel, building guns, and giving personalized gifts to loved ones. Blake’s biggest joy in life was the day he married his bride. Blake was employed by St. Charles Parish Department of Public Works as an MS4 General Inspector.
Blake is survived by his loving wife, Linda Shannon Muller; his mother, Priscilla Thibodeaux-Horn; his father, Richard C. Muller; his stepfather, Jody A. Horn; his brother, Bradley J. Muller (Reka); sister, Cheyenne Muller; nephews, Max & Matthew Muller; niece, Emma Bell Lopinto; Stepsister, Sara Horn (Dexter); Maternal Grandmother, Olga Jane Thibodeaux; Paternal Grandmother, Theresa Lorio Muller; as well as a host of cherished aunts, uncles, dear cousins, and extended family members.
Blake is proceeded in death by his grandfathers, John A. Thibodeaux, Jr. and Richard C. Muller Sr.; his aunt Karen Thibodeaux-Fontenot, and his great grandparents.
The services will be held at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 234 Angus Dr., Luling, La. on Saturday, March 26, 2022. Visitation will begin at 9:00 AM with mass to follow at 11:00.
The family would like to thank all those who have cared, supported and prayed for Blake over the past three years.
Blake was a unique free spirit. Kind to everyone. He was an adorable baby that grew to be a handsome man that smiled always. He was so respectful and loving to his mother. He will be truly missed by all. Fly free Blake. Your family that loves you so much will see you again. Sorry for the pain you will endure of missing him until then. Prayers
