Jacqueline “Jackie” Prestenback Bergeron, 69, a native of Edgard and resident of Des Allemands passed away on Nov. 28.
Visitation was held at Falgout Funeral Home on Dec. 1 and resumed at St. Gertrude Catholic Church the next day until funeral time. A Mass of Christian Burial followed with burial in the church cemetery.
Bergeron is survived by her husband of 51 years, Ray Bergeron; sons, Everett Bergeron and wife Linda, Wayne “Mouse” Bergeron and companion Laura, Ron Bergeron and wife Kristie; brother, Lee Prestenback, and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Vivian Weber Prestenback; brothers, Paul Prestenback and Arthur Prestenback.
Falgout Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
