A 19-year-old St. Rose woman was in for a shock when she answered a knock on her door at 9:13 p.m. on Sept. 12.
The woman at first glanced outside her Summerton Drive residence and didn’t see anyone, but stepped out further and observed an unknown black male masturbating. The man, who is described as being between 5’10 to 5’11 with a dark complexion and a medium build, was wearing blue jean shorts with a black shirt and a white shirt underneath.
The man also had a black hat pulled down to cover his face.
The incident is currently under investigation and anyone having information about the man is asked to contact the St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office at 985-783-6807.
