This Realtor cares – and her clients agree

Regina Allemand’s satisfied customers.

As a Gardner agent with the motto, “I’m a Realtor who cares,” it makes perfect sense that Regina Allemand’s clients speak best about how much she has cared for them.

“I was blessed to have been referred to Regina for my first home buying experience as a military veteran,” said Jennifer DeMelo. “Regina was able to work seamlessly with my broker to ensure everything for my VA loan was processed correctly.”

DeMelo said Allemand was patient in answering her many questions, even the silly one, which was important for her as a single mother with specific needs. She needed a home that required little work, was close to her job and fit her tight budget.

“With her help I was able to purchase a dream home with a zero down payment and low mortgage that was perfect for my daughter and I,” she said. “Fast forward … less than a year later I had significant life changes that pushed me to list my house for sale so that I could move closer to my family. Regina got my house sold within three months and I was even able to make a profit.”

DeMelo said Allemand keeping contact with her after the house was bought and sold was special to her. She added, “Working with Regina feels like family, she has built a relationship of trust and I can’t wait to work with her again.”

For Brandy Dufrene, who now lives in Bayou Gauche, Allemand also kept in touch with her over the years.

“She was great,” Dufrene said. “She put family first and I’ve been knowing her for 20 years. She’s always hardworking and honest.”

With his recently sold house in Luling, John Constant said he knew Allemand because he knew her family and key people recommended her to help make the sale.

“She’s probably in the top three real estate people in the parish,” Constant said. “She’s very professional. She’s really on the ball. I was real happy with the job she did.”

Constant also said Allemand made the deal “smooth sailing” with no problems.

Gaynell Clancy also called her informative and helpful with selling their house in Luling.

“We were really nervous about selling our house, but she assured us everything would be fine and it was,” Clancy said. “We bought and sold a house at the same time, and she helped us with the selling.”

Allemand also advised them on how to improve interior appeal, as well as curb appeal.

Clancy and her husband, Rod, called at any time with questions and Allemand was available to answer them.

Selling their home of 22 years in Luling was a challenging time with losing your neighborhood and friends, but Clancy said it went smoothly.

“It was great working with her and we wanted to do the closing on the Northshore and she drove over there,” she said. “It was a very intensive situation and she helped us stay calm. She gave us good advice along the way. It went really fast. We sold our house in a week.”

Allemand’s office is located at 13371 Highway 90, Suite B in Boutte. She can be reached at (504) 495-2452.
