Internal Affairs: John Rook – Retired FBI Trainer with St. Charles Sheriff’s Office experience.
Risk Management/Safety: Monique Granier
Chief Operating Officer: John “Rusty” Walker – Retired from St. Charles Parish Public Schools.
Public Works/Wastewater: Sam Scholle – 30+ years as a Maintenance and Engineer Manager for Chemtura Corporation.

Waterworks: Robert Brou
Parks and Recreation: Duane Foret – Years of management experience for River Birch Landfill, Allied Waste Industries, Coastal Waste Services and Waste Management.
Chief Financial Officer: Lorrie Toups, CPA
Purchasing: Bobby Donaldson – Retired from 32 years at Shell.
Grants: Holly Fonseca – Accounting and grants experience working for Monsanto, Cytec and St. Charles Parish.
