This spring 12 young artists from west bank schools in the St. Charles Parish Public Schools system were recognized for their work and chosen for the 2021 Superintendent’s Gallery.
The students’ pieces were each chosen to represent their school’s Visual and Talented Art Programs in this year’s gallery.
“Congratulations to these students on their tremendous talent,” St. Charles Parish Schools Superintendent Dr. Ken Oertling said. “Their artwork will be on exhibit in the lobby of the Dr. Rodney R. Lafon Performing Arts Center until next spring, when they will move to the central office for display.”
