Sheriff’s Office seeking help in identifying suspect, vehicle in Luling burglary

The St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office is asking for help with identifying the vehicle and suspect connected with a recent burglary of a Luling residence.

At about 11:30 a.m. on July 30, a Luling woman entered her attached garage and found a white male removing property from it, according to the Sheriff’s Office. She had left the garage door open.

Upon her arrival, the suspect fled in a red vehicle.

The suspect is described as a white male 25 to 30 years old of average height and build with reddish, blonde hair, blue eyes and a goatee, according to the Sheriff's Office. A resident’s surveillance camera captured the image of the vehicle, which is believed to be an Oldsmobile Alero or a Buick Intrigue.
