St. Charles Parish businesses are invited to attend the next SCP Business Exchange on Jan. 31.
The exchange will be held at 5:30 p.m. at the Edward A. Dufresne Community Center, 274 Judge Edward Dufresne Parkway in Luling.
Networking will begin at 5:30 p.m. with the program to begin at 6 p.m.
The free event will provide a forum for local, large and small businesses to interact and network, as well as feature the following:
· Entergy and Monsanto procurement representatives will instruct attendees on how to participate in $2 billion of capital improvements
· St. Charles Parish bakeries Donut Land and Divine Layers will showcase their locally produced king cakes and Mardi Gras pastries.
Attendees are asked to bring business cards and post their support of the event on social media using the hashtag #ShopStCharles.
