Police knock on doors in Norco warning of naked runner
On Wednesday, June 7, St. Charles Parish deputies were dispatched to West Pine St., Norco, after a resident called the sheriff’s office and filed a report stating that a man exposed himself to a female jogger at approximately 5:30 a.m.Upon arrival at the scene, officers spoke to the victim, who stated she was jogging in the 600 block of West Pine St., when she heard a noise behind her. As she turned around, she observed a white male jogging towards her. The man was completely naked from the waist down and began to masturbate in front of the victim.
Following the incident, the victim was able to enter a residence and contact the St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office. The subject has been described as a white male, mid 40’s, completely bald, approximately 5’6’’ to 5’9’’ ft. tall and weighing approximately 200 lbs. with a stocky build.
St. Charles Parish deputies began knocking on Norco resident’s doors advising them that a man was seen exposing himself to a morning jogger. Residents were given the man’s description and advised to keep an eye out for the subject for he had not yet been detained. They were also advised that a man fitting the same description was seen later that day in Norco by another resident.
