Phil Frady has extensive experience in both the private and public sectors, developing improved productivity of organizations. After receiving a master’s degree from Tulane, he was appointed Senior Associate in the Institute for Governmental Studies at Loyola University, where he led the design of innovative staff development programs for government and nonprofit organizations.
As a consultant, Frady has lead the private sector developing team building models for national and international corporations.
Additionally, he was retained by a national human resource organization to advise in the areas of restructuring and downsizing. His most recent accomplishment was as a member of the senior management team that managed the physician practice at a major academic medical center. During this tenure, Frady successfully led a transition of the workforce to a performance-based corporate culture. This resulted in improved patient satisfaction and increased revenue streams.
He comes to Catholic Charities from his position as President of Human Resources Solutions, a consulting company that develops strategic approaches to human resources management in healthcare and other environments.
