AMPM thrives through service to its community

Gregory Mollere, President of AMPM Services.

What does it take for a small business to succeed in this community? Gregory Mollere, president of AMPM Services, would say three things contribute to its success: community service, customer service and its employees.

Gregory believes that being an active member within the community plays an important role in why this family owned business has been serving the parish and surrounding areas for over 50 years.

AMPM partners with St. Charles Parish Public Schools in working together to help build a stronger educational system. AMPM participates by assisting with the Student of the Year Awards and Teacher of the Year Awards programs, as a panel member for Senior Project, involvement in career days and contributing to various school events. Apart from the school system, Gregory is also involved in many organizations by sponsoring various community events such as the annual Alligator Festival, United Way Battle for the Paddle and Bridge Run.

Gregory Mollere exceeds all expectations and demonstrates the qualities of being a great leader by delivering excellent customer service not only to his employees, but the communities that he serves. He is on the Board of Directors and serves on the Finance and Human Resources committee for the United Way of St. Charles. He is a current member of the Beautification of the Historical Society Committee, Child Advocacy Services of St. Charles (CAS), Knights of Columbus Council #2409 and the River Region Chamber of Commerce.

Gregory Mollere contributes AMPM’s success to its employees. There are many aspects in what has made it work over the past 50 years. By striving to be a community leader, delivering excellent customer service and understanding your employees, everyone comes together to build a company. “The sum of ALL AMPM employees makes it what it is today. There is no one person that makes a business successful.”
