Pictures from the past revisited in the present
In 1950, Paradis Elementary’s fourth grade class gathered outside the building to take the photo you see pictured to the right.
In September the group celebrated their 57th reunion.
Pictured are: first row – Don Porter, Bobby Dufrene, Charlie Griffin, Florence Oregeron, Barbara Knoblock, Janette Dufrene, Shirley Burgess and Leslie Herbert.
Second row – Patsy Eusea, Carol Dufrene, Jenney Laque, Mary Ann Badeaux, Myrtle Ayo, Gertrude Detiller and Ella Estay.
Third row – David Boudioun, Alvin Dufresne, Milton Detiller and Calvin Tabor.
