Valero Energy Foundation has donated $100,000 to American Red Cross of Southeast Louisiana to aid flood victims. “As soon as we heard about the devastation, we felt the need to help where we could. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all those who are affected by the recent flooding including many of our own employees,” said Ralph Phillip, Valero vice president and general manager. “I could not be more proud of our Valero employees. I am humbled to see them helping one another and volunteering to help others in the community during this time of need.”

Brad Kieserman, Red Cross vice president of Disaster Services Operations and Logistics, said, “Thousands of people in Louisiana have lost everything they own and need our help now. We’re grateful for the support Valero has given to the Red Cross helping us meet those critical needs.”
