Satellite Center students win Tulane contest

For the third year in a row, a team member from Digital Media course at the Satellite Center has won the Tulane Tech Day Poster Contest. The contest is hosted by the New Orleans Multimedia User Group and serves as a showcase for talented local artists and designers using Adobe products.

This year’s theme was “Serious Play.” A panel comprised of New Orleans Multimedia User Group Members judged the submissions and select designs were printed in large format and displayed at Tech Day. The winning designer was awarded their very own copy of the Adobe Creative Suite courtesy of Adobe and the New Orleans Multimedia User Group.

Satellite Center team members were responsible for creating five of the six designs that were on display at Tech Day. The team members that were named finalists were Joe Solito (Independent Study of Technology), Tevin Franklin (Digital Media), Anais Oddlokken (Digital Media), Quintin Damare (Digital Media) and Rene’ Francis (Digital Media).
