Members of R.K. Smith’s Student Council attended the TEDYouth conference at the Civic Theatre in New Orleans.
This year’s events, themed ‘”The Spark”, included a culminating motivational speech by actor Ashton Kutcher about the importance of owning your decisions and learning from your ‘magnificent failures’.
School officials said it was an amazing day. The conference featured more than 20 live speakers, workshops and mind-boggling demonstrations.
